Hey guys and gals,
Just thought I'd mention, you don't have to wait for the keywords to be printed in the newspaper.. I've just been trying to guess them for a small while and I've entered my full 20! I just thought of lots of generic associated french words lol.
These are the ones I entered:
Earlier contributions (Thanks to Gilla, Nodrog, Candish63, Spotit, and Lorelei):- maison
- fleur
- beach
- brie
- cheese
- baguette
- journal
- beret
- eiffel
- ferry
- wine
- louvre
- france
- frog
- bicycle
- cuisine
- patisserie
- pain
- frites
- croissant
Haha if any of you win, I hope you'll let me stay!! Sigh I'd love to own a home in France..
A few more keywords I found (lol if you fancy varying it for fun...):- onions
- sunshine
- bonjour
- aurevoir
- garlic (thx to magpiejay)
- cafe
- pomme (thx to isitenough)

Bless the Mail, as predictable and stereotypical as ever with the passwords (you can add Garlic to that list by the way.)
Anyone fancy trying hairy arm pits?0 -
Given that some of us put cheese in on the day brie wasn't working I thought I would get in touch with the Mail to see if cheese was going to accepted.
Here is the answer for anybody as confused as I was..
"There was a problem with the password 'brie' which has been resolved. If you were able to guess the word 'cheese' before it was fixed, then this was counted as a correct answer.""The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

I've posted the passwords so far and I'm going to be keeping my fingers crossed for the next few monthsYou should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs

From the Ts and Cs:
"The Editors reserve the right in their reasonable discretion: to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose contact is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any entries based on such conduct; to add to or waive these Rules on reasonable notice; or to cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond ANL's reasonable control"
I would say that guessing passwords before they are published is "contrary to the spirit of the rules". Just a word of caution!0 -
