University paper layout - help!

Evening all,
I could really do with some help regarding the layout of part of my paper.
I have to identify:
a. equipment to get my network up and running.
b. cost of equipment.
c. Labour costs of installation.
There are no examples, we are simply told to use Harvard referencing.
I have identified the equipment needed and created a table listing the equipment and the price next to it, at the bottom of the table is the total - so how would you reference that in the paper?
Any thoughts on the labour costs issue?
Pretty stuck on this part as i have never had to this before.
Ta!

You reference why you chose the equipment, where you got the data (prices) from
I doubt you will just be submitting a table of figures
Labour costs, a quick google should give you hourly rates for most jobs. You just have to back up timeframes0 -
OK, so i find the hourly labour costs or day rate, how do i know how many days to charge for? How do i prove how long a job should take?0

I doubt if you'll be expected to prove anything, you just need to make a case for why you have chosen to use the figures that you have - your lecturer will be looking for a reasoned and reasonable argument.0

Could you get a few quotes from a few companies? You can use these as references.0

No, i have quoted specific items of equipment available from a website and so i need to reference that.
I could have got a quote - but because i have left it until the last minute i am out of time - lol!0 -

You find references that back up timeframes and then reference those. It doesnt matter if its correct or even possible within that timeframe, as long as someone, somewhere has made that statement, then you use that as your reference point0
