Mould in loft - what do I do?

Hi all,
My partner had someone look at his loft for insulation today. They found a large amount of white mould on the rafters. They haven't said how to treat it and I was wondering how to go about this. Neither of us particularly want to treat it ourselves. We are trying to sell the house and my partner is worried that treatment wil be expensive or that a survey will bring up issues if left ubtreated. Would anyone recommend where to go from here - any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like condensation in loft could be residue of some previous timber treatment but unlikely would help knowing the type picture etc ?
Insulate, check ventilation in loft space multitude of products to remove it but many use chlorine bleach and water – usually 1 part bleach to 3 parts water and scrub away if you want to go green many use 1-2 teaspoon of white vinegar or tea tree oil with each cup of water that you need to attack your mold colony. Tea tree oil and white vinegar are both completely natural and safe for wood but have strong fungicidal properties spray leave an hour or so scrub brush toothbrush etc0 -
I found white mould on timbers in the void of a flat roof. It was caused by too much damp and not enough ventilation and air movement. It should brush off the timber (wear a dust mask) and a treatment like HG Mould Spray will be effective.
To prevent it returning, look at improving ventilation to the loft.0
