MET parking 1st appeal Rejected and received POPLA code

Hi everyone
I just need a little bit of assistance from you guys,
I have parked at my gym car park outside marked bay received windscreen ticket from MET parking. After reading this forum waited for the postal PCN and submitted my appeal to MET parking using the template here, so received rejection letter today and POPLA appeal form with verification code, so should I use a template POPLA appeal for MET parking from this link i have to remove http as a new user it won't let me post links. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4856810/met-parking-services-bad-picture
is still up to date advise or should I add something else.

Yes it is OK, that's why it's still linked on the 'How to win at POPLA' hyperlink in the NEWBIES thread. If it was out of date I would have removed it, because the sticky thread is the info thread for newbies to use as a resource. The only thing I would suggest you check is, does your NTK specifically now use the word 'creditor' to identify MET? If so then that point isn't viable any more. Check your NTK and tell us please!

MET normally do not contest our POPLA wording. You will have won in Jan/Feb!

I have checked the NTK and does not say 'creditor' anywhere in the letter, so I am good to go with your template as it is?
