Fixing Dunelm Roller Blinds

I did not like the instructions, badly produced with poor illustrations - the explanations were muddled and repetitive in my view.
I was also not satisfied with the fixing brackets which had no means of adjustments, by enlarged holes for screws, etc - so get slightly wrong when fixing at a tricky position in a defined gap, and you have a problem. Other companies recognize this in their bracket design. Another problem with the bracket design is that they leave an over-large gap between the back of the roller and the window, so allowing light down the sides.
I did fix them to work satisfactorily in the end, but by adaptions, and not following the instructions. All would be fine if one was just fixing to a plane demonstration wall, but with with windows it is not usally as simple.
The company could and should do better.
