Rainwater entering bedroom

Rainwater is entering one of our bedrooms at the top of the PVCu window frame. The reason it's a mystery is that the outside of that wall is clad with PVCu cladding, and the roof overlaps the wall by about six inches so the exterior of the cladding is bone dry.

I'm not sure if the water is coming through the roof or running down on top of the roof then wicking under the roof tiles and coming down inside the wall cladding. There are no tiles missing from the roof but there are some clumps of moss on the roof.

Not sure if I need a roofer, a window specialist or other?

I had this a few years ago and it was coming from the roof. I had mine repaired by a builder, but he is good and can turn his hand to anything. He told me that something had perished, house was built in the 70s and was just wear and tear. I cant remember what I paid him but think it was around £250 to £350
