I dont know if any of you students have heard but there is a fantastic student discount website called www.studentbeans.com. You sign up, put in your uni and you get national and local discounts.

The ones i mainly use are buy one get one free on cineworld cinema tickets mon-thu. A student ticket is £3.30, so it comes with £1.65 each - BARGAIN!

Me and my mates also use the domino pizza one which is buy one get one free.

There are tones more on there, and there may be some great offers that only you can get because alot of the offers are local to your uni.

Student Beans is great for cineme deals...well in Manchester its pretty good anyway. Unfortunately coming back to Oxford the deals pale in comparison but thats the nature of the cities I guess!

But certainly for the bigger cities its a great tool.

Aww darn it, they don't recognise UHI Millennium Institute as a uni yet... I'll be keeping an eye on this site for when they do though!

Booo no offers for the Westcountry atall!!! Well other than the national ones, which I know about most.

Plymouth isnt that far out in the sticks! Include us aswell!!

The cineworld 2 for 1 mon to thur is a national offer, log in then in the address remove everything but the http://www.studenbeans.com then on the right there should be the cineworld offer.

It's good too because you can do the "bean hop" and if you're going to another city use their offers.
