Complaint to Landowner.

Hi all,

Following advice from this site after receiving a letter from Armtrac. They ignored my appeal, said they never had an email. Now threatening debt collectors.

I have been advised to ignore their letter and complain to the landowners.

Would anyone be able to advise what I put in this email to the landowner so I sound as official as possible? Y'know so I don't screw it up for myself!
