  • I agree with the set aside advice given above.

    However your daughter (not you!) needs to decide if its worth it or she can get her mortgage with her credit record showing it as satisfied.

    A satisfied judgement for £150 from 6 months ago would not impact credit scores as much as people sometimes think they do. When she found out about it initially it was a live CCJ - a very different thing and a barrier to getting any kind of decent mortgage. Explain it to the mortgage provider.

    If she wants a clean record she will need to get it set aside.

    It could also impact the deal she is offered and the interest rate so worth considering getting it set side for that reason alone
