Kindle Touchsreen

I bought this..

and somehow changed the language to Chinese, can anyone tell me how to change it back to English?

1.On the Home screen, tap “Menu,” and then tap “Settings.”
2. Tap “Device Options” and then tap “Language and Dictionaries.”
3. Tap “Language” and select your preferred language from the list.
5. Tap "OK" and then confirm by tapping “OK.”

On the drop down menu, I am given 7 options, however only the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th are actually hi-lighted. As these are all in Chinese, I don't know which to select??

Maybe this will help you to get it sorted, am assuming that everything is in Chinese. Scroll down until you get to instructions for your Kindle.

Cross posted there, so it is obviously all Chinese.
Had a similar problem when I put a Turkcell sim into my phone a while back and everything went to Turkish....had to get a Turkish child to sort it out for me.
