  • Hiya, so I thought I would give you all an update on the court case. I went in to see the judge and after reading through the paper work the judge not only threw the case out but awarded me damages covering the entire amount of the debt, and got EDF to put in writing that they were happy for me to continue paying via standing order (providing I actually keep up with payments, which is fair).

So although this was all a horrible experience it is finally over! Very happy lady right now.

Haven't commented on the thread so far, but it's really good to hear it went in your favour, and nice of you to update with an outcome - which doesn't often happen. Well done.
