Can anyone help? I downloaded a free trial of an antivirus programme supposedly supported by microsoft. my computer went funny and I couldn't get it to stay on. Eventually I managed to get it ino safe mode. I then tried the system restore. It would not restore back. I did a check on AVG and it came up with these :- user32dll - changed, usershell32 - changed, ntoskrnl.exe - changed. I would be gratefull if anyone could help me with this. thanks
