Euro Car Parks Ticket - Waiting for POPLA Code

Hi Guys,
Girlfriend got a parking ticket in a Euro Car Park, overstayed half an hour as she was held up, was caught by the cameras. I got the notice to keeper notification and was disgusted by the 100 quid "invoice" and jumped straight on here. I read the newbies guide and went ahead and submitted the soft appeal template (filled in).
Waiting for the response now. I'll post my POPLA appeal draft for inspection for anyone who would be kind enough to check it for me please? I really appreciate any help that you guys can give me.

It is so refreshing to find someone who has found, read, and followed the advice in the NEWBIES thread.
When you get the POPLA code you can check that it is valid on the Parking Cowboys website.
Well done on getting this far without previously asking for help. :TI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Hi Guys,
I sent off my appeal on the Euro Car Parks website as stated above. The automatic email I got back said I'd hear back via post within 35 days. The email mentions nothing about 35 working days, and it's been 37 days. Anyone know whether I can assume they've dropped their pursuit?
Many Thanks!
**Having searched the forum I have found an instance where emailing to state that their 35 days are up may yield me a positive response. I know it's a bit spoonfeeding-ish but if anyone could confirm this is still the best thing to do I'd really appreciate it.0 -
Send a complaint email to BPA, to say you have not heard back about the fate of your appeal within the BPA-mandated 35 days?
But give it another couple of days first ... the appeal verdict may be in the post.0 -

Many thanks! The community here are so helpful!
Should I also send an email to Euro Car Parks stating such? Or leave them to their own devices?0 -
You could copy them into the complaint email to Steve Clark, yes. See post #6 of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
