Its not worth the risk. Ring Virgin. Change it. They shouldn't charge for one letter but they might .If they do insist on charging pay them and get it done.

Its most likely the person you speak at Virgin to won't be sure if you need to change it or not. Neither will the person at the airport at check in. Luck of the draw in who you get will decide what happens.

I think that sums it up perfectly. Myself and my husband have travelled with one or two letters different to our names and it wasn't even picked up, but our neighbours had a different experience with a difference between ie and ei.

We were lucky. I now make triple sure before I press the button!
