Oh sorry to be negative guys but I just don't seem to be following any of this. I wish there was a simplify option to it has nothing seems to be going in.

I am at a complete loss has to what I should be doing.

Is it to send another letter to appeal without this time explaining what happened or is it to just go straight to the POPLA? If so what do I put in the appeal, I have read the templates and unsure if I am suppose to just write it all out but I don't undertand what my appeal should be focused on and what reason I should give them. I will have to write my appeal letter has my printer is broke. Also I go away in just over a week and I am away until the middle of January so unsure what will happen if I'm not here to send further replies.

Thanks and sorry to sound stupid but any help would be appreciated.

The Newbies sticky has all the info you need to fight this successfully. Just take it step by step Post three gives you all the info you need to appeal at POPLA.

When you get the bones of your appeal tofether, post it back on your original thread in order to get better advice.

Posting on a new thread with no context won't do you any favours.

PM Crabman , forum guide, and ask him to merge the two threads.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
