About to book flights - best cashback deal?

I'm about to book some flights.

I used to use BudgetAir.co.uk through Quidco to make the most of their £10 per flight cash back rate. However, the rates used to be the same as, or very close, to that of the airline themselves. Now when I search on BudgetAir or lastminute the flights (which are around £20 each direct with the airline) are about £30 more expensive than with the airline directly, making the cashback incentive worthless.

How long has it been like this - where the fare is not similar to that of the airline any more?
