Finding the Forum "overly" difficult to use... and no response from the Forum Team???

Hi,
I've submitted questions via their email, which I have used previously and through the feedback page... only to receive links, which did not relate to my questions!
In fact to be honest I felt fobbed off. These were... as you can see below please "comprehensive" questions, which deserve equally thought through responses. Instead rather just receiving some 'oblique' links, which bear little relation to my concerns in respect of the forum.
I'm finding the forum exceptionally difficult to use. Not finding it easy to navigate, responses are being lost...
it just appears a bit of a jumble. When you reply it is not obvious 'at all' which buttons we are supposed to use...
These were the messages I sent in relation to this prior attempted to be placed - post:

Hi,
Came back to this a second time today, and pressed 'New Thread' and nothing happened?
Day before, went through the option of signing in through Facebook... this seemed to just take me in some type of cycle.
Placed the post in hope it would be there today, and it just has not appeared???

PS: I've attempted to replace the post, but it should not have been this difficult
and protracted:
Hi ...
I purchases this computer screen, and it has developed ripples across the screen. They only offered a month warranty, which as I understand it, this is not legitimate. Nevertheless the shop refuses to take it back "under the trades of goods act" I believe it is, and said they will only change it if I pay £60...!
(I've submitted the necessary legal email & paperwork in respect of "trades of goods act" which I acquired from this site, but to no avail!)
Is there a way of finding who the manufacturer is for the screen, is there a way I can find out - the store won't tell me?
And on 'principle' I feel the store needs to challenged... someone else complained of a similar attitude to their warranty when I was buying the screen, but this was when my housing situation was far worse... and I was being bullied by a manager at one of the hostels - so did not think it through 'questioned' this at the time, but feel well let down to say the least.
By law I understand you are covered up to 6 years with an electrical item, but this costs £30 pounds to challenge and we are only speaking £60 now for the fix... as the store has said they will fit this without charge - just quoting the manufacturers cost of the screen. However, considering the situation, I do not feel this is enough!
I have been thinking of launching a protest outside the store with flyers and such like... as I don't fancy going through the rigmarole or cost of going through a small claims court. I can't help thinking if I was standing outside with some flyers for a few hours, which this manager does not expect you to resort to -
will have the desired effect?
I don't like how these companies too often throw their weight around, it was so obvious and this has been going on for "months" this disagreement with the store, that the manager has been doing everything he can to shift responsibility.
Hard to understand also... how they won "Independent Retailer of the Year" just two years ago, considering their behaviour?
Any suggestions as to how may be the best way to progress please?
As I said I don't really wish to have to go to a 'small claims court' and have submitted the necessary legal email & paperwork in respect of "trades of goods act..."

Hi Sean
Our Forum will look and feel quite different once we've launched our redesign so it may be worth holding fire on your thoughts for a bit then seeing how it goes when we've re-launched.
The redesign's been delayed as we've focused on improving the areas with the up-to-date and fully researched info on the main site first e.g., our MoneySaving Deals area.
If you could bear with us that will be great.

We have been waiting a year and apparently it has not changed much since the first trial was launched in spite of the numerous complaints about it.0 -
After the trial run and the user comments that ensued I was hoping the 're-design' had been shelved.
I'm rather concerned that it's still going ahead. One can only hope we are given the chance to revert back to this version if we wishEarly retired - 18th December 2014
