Being Spammed by Retailer

There appears to be some sort of website glitch going on with my Account as a big Retailer has sent me 47 emails in the last 36 hours telling me that theyve saved an item in my Basket. There is no item in my Basket and as far as I can remeber, the last time I visited their site was in August.
But still the emails clog my Account and I cant stop them; I tried unsubscribing. That seemed to stop the promo ones, but not these Saved Item ones. Ive emailed their CS four times, contacted them via FB and all with no Reply.
Im so annoyed now Ive told tem I wish to make a complaint; this is all on the premise that they actually reply to me! if they dont reply, what else can I do?

Are you sure it's not a phishing attempt gone wrong? Regardless of the "sender's" address (which the sender can edit) and the branding/name in the email (which can also be spoofed), are there any links to strange domains...? If so, don't click them!!! They could link to webpages containing malware or lookalike sites that steal your login/payment details.0

log onto your email provider on the web, and filter the messages there to go straight to the bin, you should then no longer receive them.Friendly greeting!0

Have you tried doing a search on the name of the retailer and 'spam' and also on the text of the email - if it is fake there will usually be a discussion somewhere.0

As I said, have msgd via facebook, no they are NOT phishing as the Headers are from their correct mailing path.
Optioning them to go straight to Trash is not a resolve as then the Trash fills up!0 -
Well...you DO receive them...:rotfl:danthemoneysavingman wrote: »log onto your email provider on the web, and filter the messages there to go straight to the bin, you should then no longer receive them.0
