Hi all
Apologies for the delayed update.
SUCCESSFUL APPEAL!
CPM UK failed to provide POPLA with any evidence.
They had also passed my details onto DRP Collections before the POPLA appeal was decided.
Should I receive further correspondence from DRP I will send a letter informing them I will report them for harassment
I also have another ticket I'm dealing with.
However the car parking company has failed to respond to my soft appeal. I will be sending a letter shortly demanding a POPLA code

Hi all apologies I hadnt seen the post bumps in early Feb (prob went straight to SPAM folder) have only received a notification today
POPLA decision was only received in late Feb0 -
