Whilst at Uni, I only paid £25/OP, and only sometimes during the summer break when I was earning, did I mange to increase to £75.

June - £375
Aim is to get our LTV to 60%, and get a re-mortgage. As according to the sums, it would be better to pay £1600 ERC (2 yrs left) and pay the £1500 fee to reduce the percentage from 4.89 to 2.99%, which should save about £200 / mth
Mind you after this, we have some huge bills to pay, so I had better start saving :P0 -
