British Gas loft insulation number not working

Tried all week to phone them for free loft insulation- but all I get is a recorded message saying:
THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN EVACUATED.
What is up with this?

I am on JSA and live in a freezing place with no insulation.
What has happened with BG- anyone know????
