Air passenger duty for children

If you booked with edreams, then who is your flight with? Edreams are only an agent not an airline. Find out who your airline is and then look at what their refund policy is for the APD. If they refund that charge to edreams then legally, I believe, edreams have to refund it you.

Hi , I joined the forums for just this topic. My dealings with Norwegian have mad me so mad over the last couple of weeks. Forget the wording of the Chancellor, if I in myb business overclaimed on taxes unknowingly I would be forced to refund ( and rightly so) to my client.
From what I can make out Norwegian are going to keep my money, therefore with no obligation to pay the tax and have therefore covertly raised the price of the ticket I bought. Surely that is not legal!
If people like Ryan air are playing ball, then Norwegian area disgrace.
I suggest any other people who have suffered this same fate get in contact and we start to ratchet up the pressure on them!
