Hi . In interested to hear other peoples experiences with bellway . I am a home owner and looking to move to a larger house . Bellway have one I like very much due to b built end of summer 15.i am looking to use their express mover package to save me the sellers fees and also use the help to buy scheme to allow me to get a 75% mortgage . I'm just off the phone with one of the sales reps at one of the local developments who has told me that I cannot reserve a plot untill my house is sold , I cannot apply for the help to buy untill my house is sold , and that if we manage all
Of this we have two weeks from paying deposit to sign missives . It all seems very complicated and she was very unhelpful. But she still wanted to know at the end of the call if I wanted to sign up to the express mover service ?! It all seems risky to me - sign up to their express mover service , put my house on the market ( I am fairly sure it will sell and quick as others on street have recently ) but then have no where to move to and what is there's no plots left to reserve ? .. Advice ?
