Barclaycard messing up!

    Yes letter was recieved q week after application confirming DD. Statements have always stated this too.

    it seems like Barclaycard error to me. 0% deal reinstated, fees refunded, DD set up properly, and a slice of compensation sounds right to me:)

    They wouldn't admit to it but there you go, I did come down pretty heavy on them but sometimes you have to be strict. They said call back on 19th again and I refused to budge. He said he was putting me through to the complaints department but I don't think he did as the woman reinstated and refunded interest paid there and then, even though she said she couldn't see any info on DD etc.. Hmm! :T :T :T:T

    If you really have the letter and the statements, I don't see how they could deny that the DD was set up and why you needed to "come down pretty heavy on them".
