UCS have recently appeared on the scene having apparently taken over the parking enforcement business of our dear friends at Roxburghe UK Ltd (in administration) - a DCA of some considerable renown in these parts.
UCS is the "trading style" of Solutionlabs Ltd the only director of which is recorded as one D. Hodges-Stubbs. Innocuous perhaps but we really should extend a welcome to another of our old friends. Step forward then Duane Hodges-Stubbs formerly the Head of IT at none other than the very same Roxburghe UK Ltd since 1998. UCS promise the "only true end-to-end parking outsource solution" by 2015. We wait with bated breath.
Given that the administrators of said esteemed debt collector act on behalf of the directors (as opposed to liquidators who act for creditors) and are undoubtedly gentlemen of the utmost probity one trusts that they would be alive to the vaguest hint of a pre-pack. Undoubtedly, like many of those made redundant in such circumstances Duane is simply looking to provide himself with a business, and presumably an income, now that Roxburghe have gone west.
Wonder if Steve Dargonne will be keeping his old role managing the parking collections business? Given that he hails from deepest West Sussex the fact that UCS's trading address is in South Road, Brighton could mean that its a distinct possibility.
Also apparently trading from that same address is one Fairhope Partners Ltd and Duane is a director of that company as well together with one M. Blake Esq. Who he? Well Malcolm was the former Operations Director at Roxburghe and openly states that he is "seeking a new challenge" on his LinkedIn page. If his LinkedIn profile is to be believed then given he has worked in debt collection for the last 28 years that might just allow us to reasonably conclude that any new challenge could well include debt collection.
We should wish them well in their new ventures.

My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
