Hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay confused?!

I contacted my hr yesterday. They said that they were not paying us as they were supposed to be and she got in contact with the agency. As a result my pay has been increased

That's a good result for you.

Remember to check some time (no hurry) about the holiday entitlement for permanent staff.

But if your area is a success maybe you will be employed directly by the client in due course. Is that a possibility?

So they were trying to rob you and keep you quiet with a don't talk to the client/employer clause.

Yes there is a possibility they will keep us on, we will know more in the new financial year

Getmore4less : yep that's what they were trying to do!safe to say my hr weren't too impressed with them! She said they have had problems with them before, after this they won't use them again. Especially how they acted with us, who are employed through them. They threatened another woman with her job for asking about pay. I told my hr about it, and they confirmed they can't do that, they can release us from contract, not sack us from our jobs. Tbh we hoped they would release us from our contracts. I had already enquired about transferring to another agency last week lol.
