ewwwww, I would make a complaint here: http://www.food.gov.uk/about-us/fsacomplaintsprocedure I once had a take away and got food poisoning, doctors told me to complain then apparently the takeaway got sent a letter and had to be shut down.

Thanks. Well since they have not responded I have complained to the FSA.

If all you want is your money back as you say in your first post why don't you take it back into the shop....seems to me the logical idea after all how are you going to show them the evidence?
