In October 2013 I got a PCN through my door from where I pulled over somewhere in June 2013. The reason I pulled over is that I was 6 months pregnant and had sudden stomach pain and felt dizzy which I told the company and POPLA. After them harassing me and saying I had until the end of November 2013 to pay and me replying that their practices are not in line with BPA regulations and telling them the reason I pulled over, I did not hear anything.....until today over a year later I get a letter from a debt recovery company saying if I don't pay by the 23rd I will be taken to court.. Hmmm anyone know anything about this stuff?? I'm not going to pay as I know my reasons for pulling over will win in court! But I could do without the stress!
