Holiday Inn/IHG Vouchers or gift cards?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to buy gift vouchers/cards for Holiday Inn or the IHG group? I have tried emailing them, asking on Facebook, asking on Twitter (all to Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and IHG) with absolutely no reply! There isn't a hotel near me to ask in person.
Failing that, can anyone recommend somewhere to buy hotel vouchers that you can use at Holiday Inn or other companies?
