The prize as described is available on the date of publication. 8. One winning entrant will win a seven night holiday for two to Bermuda. The prize comprises the following:
• Return British Airways World Traveller flights from London Gatwick to Bermuda;
• Transfers between the airport and the hotel;
• Seven nights accommodation at Newstead Belmont Hills, based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• One complimentary couple’s massage at Newstead Belmont Hills;
• A Hidden Gems Tour; and
• A Jet Ski Ride.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and London Gatwick, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure, gratuities or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. The prize is valid for travel from February 15, 2015 and all travel must be completed by February 14, 2016. Travel dates exclude Christmas and New Year, Easter, school and bank holidays. Flights may be booked up to three months prior to travel. Once confirmed, neither flight nor hotel bookings can be altered.
11. All elements of the prize must be taken in one trip and the winner and their guest must ravel together at all times. If the winner and/or their guest fail to take or miss the outbound leg of the journey, the prize will be forfeit and no alternative prize will be offered
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives.
13. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity.
14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
15. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of Bermuda Tourism Authority.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
