Apologies if this is posted elsewhere, but I can't seem to find the answer to this question.
Does anyone know if you can still apply for a second TSB Classic Plus account in a sole name?
I seem to remember you could when this account first became available, but I'm not sure now.
I already have one of these accounts, but would like a second, as it pays a good rate of interest.

I think you can, up until the end of January. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

Depends if you opened before October- "If you open the first account after 13 October you can only open a maximum of two - one single and one joint.
If you opened a TSB Classic Plus account before 13 October 2014, you can open four accounts"0 -

I applied for second account last week and got accepted. You need to do it when you log out.You will only fail to learn if you do not learn from failing.

I opened one for Mrs. L last month and a second today, they both appear together under her online banking. I already have two from April, and there seem to be no differences between her two accounts and mine.0 -
No, you don't.
Yes I do, don't be an idiot.
Those who applied early were able to have more than one Lloyds / TSB Vantage account. I and many other contributors to this forum had six and some had more. Vantage accounts which were transferred to TSB could be upgraded to Classic Plus.
My wife also has four Classic Plus accounts."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

I'm usually well versed in most things, not least the TSB Plus - after all, I helped a lot of people get their TSB Plus accounts early.
Did you follow the 'Upgrade' link on the online banking or was it another way?0 -
Thanks for your apology, it takes a big man ....
