Hi all thought I would post here as well as DD board as there may be some experts here as well.
Can a police officer tell you to move when you are parked on a single yellow line.with a BB within the correct time for loading. And say if you don't move I will have your car removed even if it is a mobility car.

If they think you are causing an obstruction then yes, but it really comes down to their opinion and I guess whether correct or not as a law enforcement officer unless you could prove otherwise they would be the one believed.0
