police officer and blue badge holders

Hi all thought I would post here as well as DD board as there may be some experts here as well.
Can a police officer tell you to move when you are parked on a single yellow line.with a BB within the correct time for loading. And say if you don't move I will have your car removed even if it is a mobility car.

If they think you are causing an obstruction then yes, but it really comes down to their opinion and I guess whether correct or not as a law enforcement officer unless you could prove otherwise they would be the one believed.

Parking so as to cause an obstruction is ALWAYS illegal. It really is that black and white. And, yes, it is the Police's opinion that counts.

    In your humble opinion.
so why do the council say BB can park there.

Because they can, so long as no obstruction is caused.
