Npower boiler grants

Applied via the website for a grant a few weeks ago which said i qualified. Got email saying they would be in touch within 5 working days..waited 5 working days.. no contact from Npower. Reapplied, got same email, waited again. 4 working days later i got a call, problem was i was on a railway station going for a train, so asked if they would call back, they said "next day OK?" and so i waited in waiting for a call that didnt come.
Is Npower always like this for grant applications?
Is it worth the bother to reapply for a third time?

Why don't you just give them a call?
Seems an easy solution to me.
