Wording of my feedback

Hi, I purchased glasses that were being made by a seller who had 100% feedback (mostly as a buyer), however after nearly a month of excuses I was advised by ebay to open a case. Seller said they had refunded and nothing in paypal then had a change of heart and had sent and gave tracking. However tracking just shows that they are waiting for seller to arrange collection or drop off for the last 4 days. Escalated case and ebay have refunded today.
My concern is that the seller has been selling numerous of the same and trickling feedback is saying that the seller made excuses until 30 day ebay guarantee was up. How do I word feedback to warn others to make sure they open a case in time as I doubt they will get glasses and probably getting the same excuses. I however have seen that the seller got two feedback responses saying they were operating a scam removed, so do not want mine removed.

I would ensure you leave negative feedback so it is noticed. I also think as you said, that you need to word it so people with problems open cases sooner than later. I personally would put something like:
Item never arrived. After 30 days of excuses, opened a case and refunded by Ebay.0 -

If OP mentions opening a case the feedback will be removed.
OP, I'm not brilliant at wording, but something like 'no items received seller tried delaying to avoid refund'.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you for your responses. Will put wording as Soolin advises as want to warn others and not have it removed.0

Wait a bit for other regulars to check out my suggestion, just in case I've missed anything that might make it removable.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I tend to be extremely cautious with feedback and worry that saying 'eBay refunded ' could imply a case was opened.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi, I have put up Soolins feedback and so far it has stayed there, so seems ok. The seller really is something else, as despite having growing negative feedback saying the seller kept giving excuses until aft 30 days and then did not respond, they messaged me accusing me of having the goods and getting a refund, when all excuse messages via ebay over 5 weeks and tracking showed the seller never sent (tracking with My hermes shows awaiting customer drop off to store). I sent an email stating that I had never received any goods and that Ebay and I checked the uploaded tracking they, the seller, had provided, which showed the goods were never sent, hence why I was refunded. I had a further two emails stating they were sent and the seller was appealing the refund.....I personally think it is the ebayer acoount holder's daughter who is operating the ebay account and selling, as it was orginally linked to to facebook page (now closed down) which was run by the ebayers daughter. Prior to selling lots of these christmas glasses, the ebayer had excellent feedback. Sadly two feedback newbie buyers responses gave a positive with a message of please contact as I haven't received anything. I just hope others open cases before it is too late for them to be covered by the money back guarantee.0

And hopefully all those that are strung out past the 30 day ebay deadline know its 180 days on paypal so they can still claim0
