Ditch agent rent direct

  • One more question. I actually pay the agents the rent, and not my landlady direct. Am i entitled to request I pay my landlady and not tha agent, or again is that something that can only be decided by my LL.
    Can I refuse to pay the agents and pay my LL direct?

    Not really. Agents are agents of the Landlord. They do not enter into tenancy agreements themselves.
