Does that mean a TO can do what they like, even when flights and flight numbers are detailed on booking receipts?
Perhaps have a look at other alternatives from BHX.
Yes, they produce their brochures/website bookings too far in advance for flight schedules to be confirmed, when booking you accept that the flights are only provisional.
