I have received a £60 fine for parking on a Aldi Car Park off Parkingeye. I was parked for around 3 hours, out of hours (8pm to 11pm) on a Wednesday Evening. The reason for me using the car park was because I was playing Pool at the adjacent pub to the car park as the car park at the pub was full. I did mention in my appeal that I taken into consideration the staff & possible deliveries to the store as well as my own safety as the Car Park was lit and I parked in the corner away from any potential problems.
It is not a busy town centre and the only other car park was unlit and in a high crime area
I have emailed Parkingeye who have written back to me asking for additional and further evidence
Do I have to pay the fine ?

You have not received a fine. You have received a speculative invoice. There is no reason on earth for you to pay this.
Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. Since you have appealed you should have had a PoPLA code or a cancellation, not a request for more information.
I would email them back and tell them exactly that, PoPLA code or cancellation, and don't give them any more information. I seriously hope you didn't tell them who was driving either. You didn't did you?
An MSE assisted appeal will get this killed off so read the NEWBIES thread to get clued up on what to do next.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Hello
I did give them the name of who was driving, as I felt I had to, wish I would have read some of the forums on here first

Don't worry about that, have another go at an appeal by using the template appeal in the newbies sticky. PE give up when this is used, of late. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
