Help Highview parking fine!

Hi I have only just found this advice re: parking fines. I have had a fine from Highview parking.

In the appeal letter I sent I identified myself as the driver!!! Is it too late to win the appeal?

This has made me really annoyed and stressed as it wasn't my fault at all and I spent a lot of money in the shops.

in future do not admit anything at all

if you have a popla code , start your popla appeal asap

read and follow the NEWBIES sticky thread near the top of this forum

drivers have less appeal points but can and do still win at popla

not sure who told you its a "fine" it wont say that on their paperwork

its a speculative invoice for a perceived transgression, but no private parking company have the right to fine anybody

a court of law can fine you, or a judge, but deffo not Highview !
