Asking the court to strike out the cel claim

I was wondering if anyone thinks that it would be OK to send this letter to the county court?

I have been informed that the above claim has been transferred to this court for a hearing on ** *** 2015.

I would like to advise the court that I have not been served with a copy of the Directions Questionnaire by the Claimant and, on this basis I would respectfully request the case be struck out.

The ‘Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track’ will have ordered the Claimant to serve a copy of the Directions Questionnaire to myself as Defendant at the same time they filed it with the court, and their failure to do so clearly shows a breach of the court process.

I would also like to add that Civil Enforcement Limited (Claimant) are renowned for not showing up to court and are merely misusing the justice system to intimidate people into paying their unenforceable fines.

Yours faithfully,

Or do you think that last paragraph is irrelevant or not the right thing to say if you know what I mean.

Thanks
