Updating credit report once CCJ has been set aside

Hello All
After 11 months, I finally had a court issue a general order to set aside a county court judgement by consent. The court issued the order mid November. I understand that they have to inform Registry Trust who in turn tell the credit agencies i.e. Equifax etc.
Is that all correct?
Does anyone know how long this process usually takes?
Who should i chase to get this done quickly?
Will setting aside the order literally delete it from my record so that my credit score goes back up immediately?
Thanks for your help in advance

Yes that is correct.
Timings seem to vary with regards to court info. Average perhaps 2-3weeks, though can sometimes be quicker.
I don't think there is anyway you can speed this up.
Once set aside (and this has filtered through) then it will be as though it was never there. And no lenders searching your file will be able to tell it ever existed.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi Man_CC,
It does normally take a few weeks for the courts to notify Registry Trust who then pass this information on to the credit reference agencies.
If you contact the credit reference agencies directly to let them know the judgment has been Set Aside, (if you have the certificate cofirming this, send a copy of this to them) then they will be able to check there records have been updated for you.
Kind Regards
