Fedex - Genuinely didnt know I had to pay Import Duty.

Even with import duty, it can still be worth buying goods abroad. I went without visiting the States for a few years. I needed some new jeans, and bought them on line from J.C. Penney. Even with import duty, it was cheaper than buying them in the UK.0

They used to.
Not anymore.
Couriers are getting sick of writing off fees - to be honest, the handling fee also accounts for the business impact of all those customers they have to write off.
At the end of the day, someone's got to pay for it...cancelling it regularly isn't sustainable.0
