    Just read in a comment
"Also you have to add on 20%, and then another 20% on top of that aswell (just over 40%) to the total final fee.
AND.... You have to collect it. "

Not sure why it is important for them to have done so if you have already collected the item.

I also think it is possible for you to change the status to paid yourself.

It's upsetting my ocd seeing it as unpaid :o:rotfl:

M, I wouldn't worry about it. You went, you paid and they gave you the item. They can't raise a case for not being paid when they've given you it!! Why would someone give it to you without being paid??
Stop flapping and have a drink.

True that! Think I might get on a vod and see how I feel :D

because a couple of years ago I could have killed myself falling from the loft and landing two stories down in a heap at the bottom of the stairs. Haven t been in the loft since ,

    Ouch!

My OH fell through the ceiling of the computer room in a college once, when it was still the big old monitors. If he had fallen on a monitor it could well have killed him. As for why he was in the loft, where else do you think they put the telecom wiring? :rotfl:
