Great idea zippy and dm......redfox should start all the threads. There is so much time wasted arguing about it and people getting peed off over it....I don't understand it?? Also, 10 pages of thanks for the new thread are unnecessary, isn't it enough just to thank the 1st post? Sorry if this offends, not meant to :)

Ooooo......just heard the bin lorry. Thank god!! I wasn't sure if they were coming today. Had to do a massive run to the dump yesterday and did not want to have to go again today.
Something that might excite you FC.....we had to cut loads of branches off the old oak tree in the garden so had a giant pile of wood there. Yesterday bf invested in a circular saw and now have a garage full of logs and kindling drying out. Still a massive pile in the garden waiting to be done! Don't know where we are going to store it all?
Does anyone know how long it needs to dry out before it's good to burn? Tia

To be fair, the changing a tyre (or using a re-inflate kit as in some new cars) is a basic you should know, just for your own safety.
I thought that knowing how to check oil was on the new driving test?

My car doesn't have a dipstick! I spent about half an hour looking for it when the oil warning light came on. I eventually discovered it's all controlled by the on board computer thing and you just follow the instructions on the dashboard :o

    Morning all.

I got an email off of Danone a week ago asking me to log into my account and then to print off a £1 voucher off their products. So off I popped and printed out a voucher for Oykos. Buy any 2 packs and get £1 off. I went to Morribobs and found the 2 varieties that are on offer with Quidco ClickSnap and bought them both. They were £1 each, so the total was £2. I used the printed £1 voucher to bring the price down to £1 for the 2. Uploaded the receipt to get 2 x 50p back which made them FREE. Woohoo!

Some kind lady/gent posted that there is some kind of cashback on MSL as well whatever that is.

Well done Mimi!! A little tip, don't worry about it saying "buy 2 and get £1 off". You only need to buy 1 to use the coupon. No SA has ever queried this with me.

Better still, if you managed to print 2 coupons (by pressing " back" after printing) you can buy 2 and use 2 coupon's.

Yes! go and get some chocolate. If you break it, we'll all have a nice quiet day and can talk about something else ;):D

Long day here too. It's the day when we empty the copper jar and head to the arcades :D it's dead quiet just now and the kids love it when it's like that. Then to the chippy for tea with our winnings :rotfl::rotfl: Which is a joke because I'll probably spend about £20 in real money and they will come home with a bag full of tat :rotfl::rotfl:

Oh FC I am supposed to be getting ready for work not catching up I love the sound of your day Enjoy and hope things are looking up X

It's quite possibly one of the most tragically pathetic things I've ever witnessed on here.
