    that's what i pay the AA for :p:rotfl::rotfl:

    I would not dream of driving a car without knowing the basics and I wouldn't let my kids do either. Have been stuck too often without a mobile signal and a flat tyre. I have taught my son how to change a tyre, check oil/water/anti-freeze..... as I was taught by my Dad. Not personal at all but the AA have better things to do than come out to minor things than people can easily do for themselves.
    I was left for 6 hours at services with 3 little uns years ago when I had a genuine breakdown. 6 out of the available mechanics in the area were changing wheels and dealing with people who had no oil in their engines :( I got home 9 hours later :(
    Needless to say I'm not with the AA anymore but they are for emergencies not for general maintenance

    Ypu could have called me, we could have had a nice cooked breakfast/cream tea (please delete on the time of day) and then drove you home in that time......................you wernt in France were you?

    got my c&c shopping list sorted for heroes & roses tomorrow :) do you think it will be safe to put my order in now or am i best waiting until the morning? i've not got a clue what day s's change their prices :o

    i just realised the dairy vouchers for t's that i have ran out today just my luck as i was going to go tomorrow :(

    says on S website…. £2 for delivery before 1/1…. so maybe tomorrow will be the last day. I'm hoping tomorrows orders will be ok, I've known them be ok a day before, and I've known them finish :( I have an order in for 8 , and crossed fingers ;)
