Kipling bag fans.......has anyone ever washed one in the washing machine? I know you're not supposed to but a lot of things say that and are fine. DS2 has managed to tip a whole tumbler of coke over mine then didn't tell me about it, so it's well and truly stained. Have tried sponging it but it's too far gone for that. I figure I might as well give it a go at a low temperature on a quick wash as it's ruined anyway. Thankfully it's not in use at the moment so there was nothing in.

Why not try it in a bath of warm water , plenty of room there and more gentle than a machine wash says Susie who has never had an expensive bag in her life lol

Was talking to one of my neighbours earlier here hubby in hospital with pneumonia , he has COPD and only 1 lung as well:( been there since last Monday

Thank you it's in the machine now. Now I've just got to clean the rest of the coke up. Most of which I expect has gone under the sofa which is too heavy for me to move on my own.

I've just collected a CC which included Heroes and Roses. The young man who brought the order out to me apologised that I had a few Subs - he said he was sorry but they didn't have the right chocolates so they had subbed me with lots of little boxes. I was not too happy as I had visions of loads of the the little tiny boxes that we were getting for 1p a while back ! However, by some strange logic they have subbed each box with 2 boxes of exactly the same (correct ) size.

I've got boxes & boxes of Roses and Heroes - 32 boxes to be precise !!! I did tell the guy that they looked to be the right ones before subs but he just shrugged, said he hadn't got a clue what they were doing and wished me a Happy New Year. Who am I to argue ?

Hopefully they will compare with M and give me a decent APG - but even if they don't compare I used an old APG that was getting near its final date so hardly any real cash.
