Under FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) rules they should be keeping recordings for 7 years. Most likely it is "too much trouble" to find the recording so they are fobbing you off.
Suggest to them you will initiate a complaints procedure - that will cost them a lot more to deal with, and they might then see sense and give you the £25 as a 'cheaper' option.
Cheers good to know, but it was ages ago and I can not even remember what the deal was now apart from they reneged on it :eek:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

That was me yesterday with DD, prices are  I refused to even consider the overpriced tat in Superdry - am looking at their ebay outlet but still not convinced its worth it at 70% off lol.
Speaking as someone who was a designer Teen, and has carried on past my Teens a very non-elite thing to do I know... The quality of Superdry is poor. I shop Jack Wills. They have an online outlet, or also a store outlet in Halifax if anyone is near by. You'll be paying around £12 a t-shirt in the outlet, a great brand and they last YEARSSSSSS!! I've proven that myself. Holister again, poor quality, the fabric t-shirts bobble
I'd then suggest somewhere like H&M and Primark for jeans because they look for the t-shirt and jackets brands more than jeans

You'll be putting us off buying from the sandwich lady.... I would just eat chocolate instead!:D:D:D
Looking forward to our wedding, if you can call it that or the party or just our second honeymoon we fly the next day. Our first honeymoon was in a caravan, I hated it, we went on the Monday suppose to stay till the following Monday, we came home on the Friday I hated it.
The sandwiches are really nice on the van, but some are a little to fancy for me, the chocolates don't bother me, I'm not a chocolate girl, but a bag of crisps is a different story :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Good Morning
Lovely here today. There was a thick frost when I got up and brilliant sunshine. The frost is starting to melt a bit now. Looking forward to a quiet day. Most of the household is going fishing. Leaving me in peace to look at renewing house insurance........oh the excitement :cool:0 -
