Evening all. I'm pooped! Visited the Christmas Market on the Southbank. Mulled wine and yummy food. Didn't take long to walk around but I was already snoozing on the train there.

Good evening everyone,
Thanks for the new thread. Hope you are all okay.
Can anyone please help me with a 3V card question as I'm new to the game?
I bought some a few weeks ago but only just got around to spending them this week. I couldn't get one to work online so emailed 3V with the number and they told me it had not been activated and it is the retailers responsibilty.
I went to Tosco CS and was told there was nothing they could do without a receipt but I can't find it. I was given the Head Office number to ring but not phoned them yet
Has anyone else bought these cards before and not had them activated, were you able to get a refund without a receipt.
I will have paid for them on my credit card but not sure when.
Thanks,
Sad_Dad
so assuming you was charged, it must be the setting up at the 3v site that is at fault.
im trying to help, so the 1st thing to do is look at your cards on the 3v site0
