Good morning
My boiler is fixed :j I only have a couple of more loads of washing to do :j
No presents wrapped here. Wrapping the kids presents has to wait until Xmas eve here so the sight of wrapped stuff doesn't disturb DS2. OH and I will do it after bed time tonight.
Hope all the turkey hunters get lucky. I'm not that braveand have all the meat sorted. OH is busy in the kitchen already.
We're having 10 for lunch. It should have been 13 but my cleaning lady and her 2 kids have gone home for Christmas. She's only ever been able to manage to get home once in the time she's been working here and that was due to a bereavement. When I was poorly with pneumonia earlier in the year I really would not have managed without her. My kids wouldn't have got to school if it wasn't for her going well above and beyond to help out. She was an absolute :A Obviously I paid her extra for the extra time she put in. For Christmas i gave her and her kids plane tickets to fly home and be with her family over Christmas. She helped my family keep going through a very rough time. They went on Saturday and I hope they are having a wonderful time0 -
Mum rang what a surprise she cant use her new phone. She going on about predictive text saying its stupid and she's turned it off but its still there . Predictive text is easy on her phone 9/10 it knows word you going to write and up it pops to click on
Me thinks I am going to spend tomorrow getting  with her not listening when I tell her how to operate phone
DS will just sit there rolling his eyes and smiling if he thinks mum cant see him :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Mum didn't ask if I felt any better just moaned about all her troubles I told her her New Year resolution should be ring or text folk instead of telling me she not heard from them. When I have said that before she says why should I. Answer simples if they not been in touch and she cant be bothered why go on at me shrugs shoulders
Going to make some dinner jacket with beans today :T
Will still be weighing 3pm tomorrow
:j:j:j:j All housework done :j:j:j:j0 -

Oh yes! Turkey defrosting in garage inside plastic crate (in case of rodents - yurg!) - just could do with it being a bit colder!0 -

I've had this quite a few times too E. I emailed but no response xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.0 -

I have always had a response from them (never had used codes before though, emailed about other things), if I don't hear from them I shall be emailing again. There is an actual email address on their site somewhere, can't recall where, but I prefer to use the contact form as you get a bounceback from it. Have you checked your junkmail? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
