Morning all.
I see lots of people leaving getting the turkey till the last minute, I have done this for the last 3 years and always got a right deal, plus it is now part of christmas for me, I enjoy the buzz/gamble of not getting one, tis fun
As a back up, I might just order this hamper, although might wait to see if they take 20% off in the sales.

Morning all
So we are now all gathered together, Youngest son has been home since Friday and has worked like a demon getting the house Christmas ready, eldest child arrived last night - there was card games, Pay Day game and a selection of beverages. No fights broke out and everyone is still alive.
Not sure what was wrong with OHs he seemed very confrontational and determined to pick a fight. We were showing some pics of our hols with my doing the commentary and OHs contradicting kept what I said - eg yes it was the Jewish cemetery in Barcelona - checked google this morning.
he also said Eastenders was at 8 - it was 7.30 - we missed the 1st ten mins
He insisted some TV progs were brand new - obviously repeats but I gave up at this point and just agreed with everything
Gone to work this morning - fortunately.
Just wrapping another present. This year I've used the snow flack marks wrapping paper so everything is co ordinated nicely. I have one roll left unopened incase of a big last minute item plus some nice off cuts which would have been perfect for the item I was wrapping plus the odd stocking thing.
The off cuts are missing  - no idea who the culprit is - boys would have no idea where the wrapping paper box is or if they did would just run off with a non co or donating roll
So oh has 6 gifts now in his present gift bag, one of which has gold holographic paper
Right its brew, shower and iPad recharge time - have a peaceful day everyone“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Seen all these giggles and thought what's he said now !!!
Xmas eve. The day of running to the shops cause you forgot foil or stuffing. The last packs of perfume of the shelf is either Britney spears or coty Lamaint.
All the cadbury choch is gone, its either Thornton's or a one direction lunch box.
There's no carrots no sprouts or spuds. And there's no bisto oxo or aunt Bessie's gravy. Its smart price or Venison's own !
And dinnae get me started on wrapping paper .... :rotfl:
I wish you a peaceful Xmas eve. Me ? Well I'm working thats what happens when you scare off trainees
