I uploaded my receipt from the 18th at the weekend, the site was down and they didn't want to accept email photos
Still waiting for Yule log and Terry's eggs to go to paid
Meanwhile I bought 12 bottles of Bardot water in sets of 2 for my W and OHs Q clicksnappy and the Quality street, uploaded on Saturday, paid out today £11 each :j
We had one accepted and two receipts rejected as they claim no claimable items were found. As each receipt is submitted against specific items, would it beyond the wit of their techies to indicate in the rejection email which item they are rejecting? It is not as if we are only claiming one item so know which one is missing!!!!

Can anyone advise about Asda e-vouchers?
I have a home delivery due tomorrow morning, but can't seem to add all the vouchers I have.
There's about 10 'apg' bronze ones, 1 'CS' bronze one (this was instead of a refund for a rejected C&C item, and 1 'free delivery over £50' gold one.
It says I can add one gold, and as many as I like bronze, but no matter which combo I try adding the vouchers in it keeps accepting all vouchers, then on the next screen it has not included the 'free delivery' one.
Sometimes I get this message-
If you've already added a GOLD or SILVER eVoucher, others may not be available. Or if you've an active delivery pass,
you won't be able to add any other delivery eVouchers.
Is it because it's going below £50?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
